Important Note:
- This is proposed service costing. We are not holding any confirmed Domestic Air Ticket and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. It’s possible at the time of confirmation the prices and hotels may vary due to various factors like hike in fuel surcharge, govt. taxes, High Season surcharges like Christmas, New Year, Trade Fairs, Events, etc.
- Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
- Normal check-in time at hotels is 2 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. Early check and late checkout cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
- The cost is based on standard rooms at hotels. Extra cost is to be paid if you want sea /lake view rooms or superior rooms.
- We cannot guarantee Double Bed / King bed at the Hotels. We can put in a request at time of booking however it is subject to availability.
- Kindly note that this is only a quotation and no reservations have been made.
- Confirmation of this booking will be subject to availability of space/rooms at the time of booking and will provide alternatives if units suggested are not available and advise any supplementary costs or reductions as applicable
- There is no refund for any unutilized services which are already pre booked for you.
- Vehicle is on point-to-point basis, as per the Itinerary, and not on a disposal basis. (Vehicle will not be used beyond Itinerary i.e. for shopping, meals, or any personal uses which are not mentioned in the Itinerary).
- If incase child head will increase guest must hire bigger vehicle or extra vehicle and supplementary charges will be applicable
Payment Policy:
- Advance of 50% is payable at the time of confirming the booking with us.
- Balance payment to be paid as per advice by the office from time to time to facilitate the payments to suppliers and get all your travel documents from them.
- However, the full and final payment of the tour cost has to be paid 21 days before departure date
Cancellation Policy:
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. Payment Policy
